Integrations, automation and dashboards
IT that works for the people who use it.
Empastack makes systems, processes, data and teams work together.
An IT company in the Netherlands, run by Jasper van Isterdael. He takes repetitive work out of your processes and makes it clear how they run. Each project starts with a conversation, and you always know where things stand.

What Empastack builds.
Each service is one layer. Start with the one you need most; the others can follow later.
- Layer 01
Connect
Systems that talk to each other.
Your applications exchange data automatically, so nobody has to copy information from one screen to another.
- Layer 02
Automate
Less manual work.
Repetitive steps run on their own, in the right order. If something goes wrong, you get a message that says what to do.
- Layer 03
Insight
See what's going on.
Dashboards show where a process stalls or takes too long, with figures you can act on.
- Layer 04
Custom
Exactly what's missing.
A small tool or app for the part of the work that no standard package handles well.
About the name
Empa + stack.
In IT, a stack is the set of technology a system is built on: data, links between systems, logic and screens. Empa comes from empathy. The logo shows both, with four plates for the four services and a person at the centre of them.
- Four platesOne for each service
- DotThe person in the middle
- SpineThe base that holds it together
What you can count on.
Cards on the table
Before the work starts, you know what it costs and what you get. While it's underway, you can see where the hours go.
People first
The people who work with the solution every day decide what matters. Whatever costs them the most time gets solved first.
Honest advice
If a standard package already does the job, or you don't need outside help, you'll hear that straight away.
New where it helps
New technology is only used where it clearly pays off. Proven tools are often the better choice.
From first call to handover.
Four steps. After each one, you decide whether to continue.
- 01
Listen
A conversation about how you work now and where things get stuck. On site, if that helps.
- 02
Sketch
You get a sketch of the solution in plain language, with a fixed price or a clear estimate.
- 03
Build
The work is done in short rounds. After each round you see the result and can adjust course.
- 04
Hand over
You receive the finished solution with clear documentation, so your team can work with it on its own.

Behind Empastack.
Empastack was founded by Jasper van Isterdael (26) from Heeze, near Eindhoven. Jasper is an integration specialist with a degree in Business IT from Avans University of Applied Sciences. Outside work, he's usually building or trying out something new.
You work with Jasper directly, from start to finish. He works closely with the people who know the process best, because they deal with it every day. That suits organisations that would rather have one dedicated contact than a large agency.

Send Jasper a message.
Describe in a few sentences what you're running into. Jasper reads every message himself and replies by email. If a call would help, it can be online or on site in the Netherlands.
